Bluetooth pop up

When you tap Bluetooth to switch it on the menu that pops up should be made to look like the menu that shows when you long press on Bluetooth from the status bar. It doesn't look right the way it is.

Can you post some screenshots? It looks the same to me but I might be looking at the wrong menus.
