Error code 012

Buongiorno non riesco a collegare la mia Smart TV per error code 012 qualcuno può aiutarmi ?

I have 2 Samsung TV's.  Was able to download a Samsung App on one TV just fine.  The other TV tries to load the apps then shows message:  Error code 012.  Help!!
