SmartThings: Washing machine notifications although unsubscribed

Hi,

I have a Samsung WD90T634CBN/S4 washing machine / tumble dryer.

It is connected with the SmartThings app through my home wi-fi.

I have set the SmartThings app not to send me notifications regarding the washing machine.

Still, I get notifications every time the washing machine is finished washing.

Can someone help me, or update the firmware? I have the latest firmware.

Clear cache of the smart things app and try again :). Also, try restarting your phone.

There is no button in the iPhone app to clear cache.

Restartbg didn’t help.

Ok, possibly try clearing data and then see if it works. If not, try uninstalling then reinstalling the app 🙂.

What do you mean with clear data? There is no option for that either.

In the phone, if you go into the apps list, then look for Smart Things, the option to clear data should be there. If not just uninstall and reinstall 😁
