The screen gets disabled immediately when the TV remote control settings page is opened. Same with SmartTags. Cant see where my cat is. for the same issue. More than half of my 77" new OLED TV features are through SmartTags and now they are unavailable?! This is a deal beaker for me. How many more software issues I would have to face in Samsung's ecosystem?! Driving me crazy!!

It seems all of smartthings is kinda broken right now. Just give it a few days and hopefully things start working. Your tv will be fine, it's just the app on your phone

The app is the main control center that Samsung deliberately tries to push but still mess up the service status over some random weekend with their 400,000 employees in the company. Had a horrible weekend trying to fix this SmartThings issue BTW.

Note you're speaking to other customers, not Samsung staff in these forums, so your BTW wasn't needed. I'm sure whatever is causing the issue is equally causing stress on the developers.

You can't "fix" an issue everyone is experiencing; the only solution is waiting for Samsung to sort it.

Mhm, exactly. I'm suffering too. Currently on holiday, got a smart tag in each bag. With smartthings being broken I'm having to use alternative methods to tweak the tags

I am not here to back incompetence and inconvenience. Samsung doesn't give TVs for free to people and after charging people this much, if they still cant deliver the seamless experience that they advertise then they shouldn't be selling products or services whatever it is. These issues are a huge deal breaker and inconvenience for me I am not going to sympathize sorry!

Why would Samsung give a free TV if the whole of SmartThings is playing up?

A single server issue occurs once in a blue moon—first-world problems.

However, as said, you're speaking to other customers. Samsung does not monitor here for feedback

Sorry for this but I would have to suggest you to learn how to READ before you comment. No one is claiming free TV cause ST servers f**ked up. Someone who can comment like you should well understand that this is a comparison between what you've paid for and what you are getting. So, please stop pretending you dont get what I said in the comment.

IDK who is developer or who is customer cause I don't run Samsung business 😂 I'm just reaching out with an issue I am having.

You said "Samsung doesn't give TVs away for free to people." Less about learning to read and more about interpretation of how you worded your sentences.

I'm not saying you care, but the "feedback" you're giving would be better if posted in the designated feedback section (Samsung Members app - Support - Feedback). You have indeed reached out and have gotten a reponse to where you should report your issue, as said- samsung wont see it here

I, just like you, have also been affected, and it appears to have "ruined" your whole weekend. Your TV app isn't responding due to server issues, and it seems to be impacting you quite a lot. What I'm telling you is to not waste your time trying to "fix" the issue because you can't, and you have to wait for Samsung to sort out their servers.
