Unable to connect Smartthings Hub to the App...I've tried resetting several times, but the led keeps turning blue, then purple...can't get the green & red flashing lights which is supposed to happen....any ideas please?

Hello, I do facing the same issue. No way to get in touch with Samsung in order to fix this issue. Did you succeeded to make any progress ? I'am asuming an firmware issue. Does anyone know if USB port can be used to push the firmware back ?
