It's official, managed by the US team. The latter is more useful to know when looking to get personalised support (as they won't be able to help non-US customers). 😽

I'm guessing it's official, like Samsung Members. It might not be full of employees, but it's hosted and run by Samsung for the community. Removing the community part and going to "smartthings.com" redirects to the Samsung main site. "partners.smartthings.com" shows "© 2025 Samsung Electronics Co., LTD." at the bottom.
However, Samsung is inconsistent with its SSL certificates. They use different providers and slightly different text, making it difficult to determine site authenticity. It gives the impression that the main site is very corporate, while some sub-sites are employee projects. This would explain how Good Lock and Good Guardians function as the "about me" section shows the employees who made each module.
Samsung ai spell check made this sound a little funky
