Hi there,

I have setup a few automations under Smart Lighting to trigger either under Home(stay) or home(away) modes.

Basically, if a multipurpose sensor is opened in either of above modes, the automation should switch on alarm and a series of different light devices.

However, in actual practice, it only triggers 2 lights devices out of maybe 9 devices and the alarm also does not trigger.

I do get a alarm notification on my phone about an intrusion but the lights dont turn on.

To test the lights, i can look at all the devices under Favourites and by pressing them individually, they respond and turn on but why not automatically by the Automation criteria ?

Please help as i am at my wits end. Thanks

Sounds like they are not being saved or something like that. Maybe a favourites or preference thing. My guess is that it will react differently if your phone is not inside the property as well.
