I have encountered a similar problem over the last few days, where the application freezes when I select a device, such as a smart TV, Samsung tag, or other connected devices, as though the touch functionality on the buttons is not responding. I have attempted to clear the cache, data, and reinstall the app, among other things, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Based on the posts here, it appears to be a more widespread problem. Samsung, I kindly request that you address this issue as soon as possible, as it renders your ecosystem unusable.
