Smartthings app frozen

Can't control soundbar or tv. When clicking into them from home screen, its like my touchscreens been disabled. Can't scroll or click anything but can swipe back and everything works on home screen. Anyone else having this issue?

I have a same problem, smartthings app freezing when opening soundbar in the app.

Me too, phone restart, app cache clear, reinstall etc etc.., but nothing works

Same here. The app freezes when I try to locate any of my smart tags. Tried cleaning cache, app data, uninstall and install again, nothing works.

Same issue here with s25. 

I think it is the last app version of smarthings that is bugged...

Wait a fix patch urgently from Samsung...

Exactly the same issue as all have stated above. Like the screen is fully disabled with q-soundbar and tv control through snartthings app

Exactly the same issues. Tried all the solutions. App just freezes. And can't select anything

Yeah.. first they bricked a lot of soundbars, now the app... Disappointed to say the least

Yeah same issue here, did all the troubleshooting methods and still nothing. It's like since the new phones released now I'm have a lot of issues with my phone that I just got last year very odd Samsung.. the app bugging out, phone dying fast for no reason, and just to mention I downloaded the app on my IPhone and it worked 😐. Cmon Samsung do better.
