In Currys at the weekend they were advertising for sale the smart washing machine WW10M86DQOA with a poster next to it saying you can control this machine with amazon Alexa. For example telling it to start/stop cycle asking how long left on cycle etc. After checking with Samsung support/SmartThings support, I’m told there is no compatibility between Alexa and smart washers to enable this to happen. Alexa can only control lights, switches and thermostats. My question is does anyone have a smart washing machine where Alexa does work?
