Hello. I have a note 10 plus 5g and my other half has an s10 5g. We live in the uk but I'm trying everywhere to find a solution. Basically if you go on live view or answer tbe doorbell. The sound only comes out of the top speaker. When you play it back after and watch recordings then it comes out of both speakers, but it used to come out of both when you answered the door, but now it doesn't so you cant hear who you are talking to.
I have read to turn tbe time line off, however in the latest version of the app. They have taken this away and you have to have it on constantly
Anyone else have the issue?
