Philips Hue Bridge found on Galaxy S7 but not on Galaxy S10

Hello,

On my Galaxy S10, the Hue Philips application cannot find The Hue bridge. I checked everything, the bridge is connected to my local network, all 3 lights are lit, and my S10 is on the same local network (wifi 2.4 ghz).

I finally decided to try with an old Galaxy S7, and the bridge is found. What could make my S7 find the bridge and not my S10 ?

An older operating system. THe app isn't compatible with Android 12. See the reviews on Play Store, your'e not alone. There's not a lot you can do until they update it, other than asking for support from the developers.

Maybe I'm lucky but my S21 Ultra Android 12 Hue app works perfectly
