Hi,
Have recently picked up a Meross surge protector strip and would like to tie it in with SmartThings as it states it's compatible and even gives instructions in its own app. However, when I try to add it to Smartthings Meross is missing as a brand completely.
After posting in the SmartThings Reddit a few users confirmed that it is listed for them and works fine. Have tried re-installing the app and making sure everything is up to date, but believe it may be a location issue. We are in the Isle of Man and the account Region is listed as such.
Have tried contacting support a few times but keep getting the response that they are too busy so it suggested I try here. Anything we can do to update the location info to gain access to these products if it is that or anything else we can try?
