Hi, I've recently connected to a new broadband provider having not had broadband for 4 weeks. First of all my automation's for the front door lock no longer work however, i could open the door lock with the smartthings app, i've edited the automation and saved them to see if this would work but nothing. Does anybody have an idea about fixing this please? secondly today he lock is now showing as offline, does anyone know how to get it back online please? anyhelp would be much appreciated. Thanks
