Assistance Needed for Sound Issue in Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Dear Friends,

I seek your advice regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Whenever I watch videos or listen to audio on applications like Facebook, YouTube, or others, the sound plays through both the speaker and the earphone speaker simultaneously. I believe the audio should only output through the speaker, not the earphone speaker

Could you please suggest if there is a specific setting I need to adjust to resolve this issue? Alternatively, do you think it might be a technical glitch that requires assistance from a Samsung service center?

I would greatly appreciate your insights.

Well,I mean microphone through which we hear someone talking over phone. Exactly above the front camera.

Hello, go to Setting --> Accessibility --> Hearing enhancements --> left/right sound balance. Set to right.

Hi, This is normal. Earpiece speaker is used to achieve Stereo effect. If you do not want to use it, set the sound balance in the accessibility settings to the right.

Yeah completely agree but I fear it may start getting some defect in future. I dont want to ruin my phone for watching some stupid videos 😂

I have one more thing to sort out. As I'm not from Poland but I could see samsung store it shows polish language. I have tried to search language setting for that and couldn't find thought. Rest all applications I could see it works well with english. Do you know where I can change that setting?
