What the heck is going on at Samsung in regards to delaying orders???

I ordered a S23 Ultra over a week ago in the standard black colour, it CLEARLY said "in stock" on the website at the time and it still says in stock now yet I've been given nothing but delay after delay, current delivery estimate is now 16th October.

What's going on??? Right now I just feel like I've been scammed as they're basically holding my money ransom.

CS has been completely useless as all they've basically told me after asking about the delays is "dunno it's out of our control.

Absolutely appalling show by Samsung, if they're having some major issue in regards to fulfilling orders then it should be addressed instead of continuing to take people's money and stringing them along with false delivery dates.

Get it together Samsung.

I just ordered a curved monitor 2/19/2024. Is giving me a ship date as late as May 1st.

The call center is kids from the Philippines. Not helpful and don't understand 6th Grade level English. I wish you the best.

Ordered my S23 around the same date you did and got the delivery date of 1st March. Today I just got a message from DPD informing me that they will be collecting my parcel soon.

Did you get anything like that?

No. It says "it's delayed. But rest assured will ship by May 1st"

I just got a message right now saying 'We are pleased to confirm your order has left our warehouse and is with our courier partners for delivery.'

Sounds like you are good in terms of your order. I ordered my s24 pre-order it said it would arrive by like February 1st and I got it almost a whole week before they're expected delivery date. Not every single thing they sell is flawed but yeah when you're running a multibillion dollar company it seems like they need to get their customer service together and they're website or shipping or product availability details together as well

Wow, I have the same problem you folks do, a year later.

Ordered a TV and it has not shipped.  Got an email and text letting me know the expected delivery date.  After the date came and went, I found out the item has not even shipped.  Spoke with a couple Agents, absolutely zero help.  Called and open an official incident.  No help.  They kept saying the order is good and to keep waiting a couple of days.  Finally found an Executive Agent, again no help.  Item has not shipped, they were fast to take my money though and still have it.

Pretty disgusted with Samsung.  Better business Bureau is next I guess.  I can understand if there is a backorder or shortage, but this TV can be found at best Buy or Costco all day long, and CS literally cannot tell me what the delay is, I'm completely in the dark here.

Right. I see plenty of the monitors on Amazon for sale. I definitely won't order anything else from a company that has no customer service and takes 3+ months to ship.

Literally just had the same issue, spoke to three different agents online who all had different information in their system regarding when it was supposed to arrive but none of them had any reason for why it was delayed and why it hasn't been shipped. Extremely frustrating when this is my only avenue to purchase the product because I need the student discount.

I'm just trying to use a $150 "gift card" I was given as a "refund" for a previous over charge. Thank God I'm not waiting for something I really need in a rush.
