Watch 6 classic order - still not delivered by dpd even though track my order on Samsung says delivered?

Hi I ordered my watch 6 classic on sat for it to be delivered on Tuesday yet it still hasn't been delivered by dpd, on the dpd app it says we have your information but we have yet to receive your parcel, now when I go to track my order on Samsung itself its says its been delivered and when I spoke to Samsung yesterday they say on their end it just says dispatched and they can't control the delivery. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do? Thanks

It's dpd tho, they are pretty good usually. Just don't see why it's says delivered on Samsung yet on dpd they haven't even received it
