I upgraded to a s22 from an S21 in March . Last week I noticed that I was still paying for the s21 I have talked to customer services several times and nothing has been done . I returned the phone which they acknowledged but then didn't complete the trade and pay off the loan . Klarna have been very helpful but they can't actually do any thing. Can someone suggest a better course of action to get through to someone in authority  I'm on the verge of suing them for breach of contract

What did Samsung Customer Services advise they would do @AndrewJ1  ?

Perserverence may need to be your course of action and email them too to create a papertrail.

If the payments are coming out via direct debit then your Banks Customer Support may also be able to help.

Looking at a forum search this is a similar thread > Galaxy-s21-series/being-charged-twice-by-klarna-for-the-upgrade-programme.
