Hi, does anyone have a spare birthday code they wouldn't mind sending me? It'd be much appreciated. It's my birthday soon but I haven't received a code and speaking to online chat was no use. Thanks

Thank you for your question. This has been answered multiple times, did you do a search first?

1. Birthday / Account Codes are now customer account specific. If a user shared a code with you, it won't work.

2. Only a small number of users each year get a Birthday Code. It isn't the case that you get one each year etc.

Basically, Samsung on occasions run promotional offers.

Birthday Codes typically give a 10 or 15% discount around the time of your birthday, typically a 30 day window.

BUT you don't get a code each year, some have been on here 20 years and not had a code ever. Just depends on what Samsung are promoting at the time.

In the past, codes could be given to someone else to use but Samsung have stopped that now and only the intended recipient can use the code.
