Hi, can someone urgently guide me how to cancel trade-in? I have received reminder email. I don't want to get in any trouble. Please help me. Thank you

Assuming that you haven't sent your phone in yet , you can just cancel the order. Otherwise, you'll only get the phone trade-in credit.

If I cancel the order then I have to return my S24 Ultra. I want to keep both phones. I will pay the discounted amount

In that case, contact Sales Support to see if you can process a remote payment.

Hi @Tazim 

Samsung will send communications to you to remind you to send the Trade-In phone. 

After that they'll send you a payment link to pay the amount they initially reduced the cost of the phone by. 

Important  > Make sure you pay it promptly or you'll run the risk of having the phone blocked by Samsung.
