Hi all,

 

I Pre-Ordered the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, traded in my S21 Ultra to get the discount, but accidently selected Delivery only on checkout, and not the Delivery and Recycle option. Will I still receive my trade in pack so I can trade in my S21 Ultra?

If you are trading your phone in, you wouldn't select the recycle option.
They will send out the prepaid packaging for the old phone.
When you send it in,you put the phone in its original box,and place it in the packaging provided.
Just in case, take a few photos of the phone showing its condition.
When posting, see if you can get a receipt.
Keep a Note of your IMEI number and serial number.
One thing is don't wait until the last day to send it in. Normally the last day is the day they should have receipt of it.

Thanks for your responses all, I had no issues last year trading in my phone just wanted to make sure I didn't mess anything up as there wasn't a option last year  for delivery and recycle went to Samsung Chat support to confirm and they said there should be no problem i'd still get my trade in pack once I've received my phone. Thanks for your help everyone.
