Trade in

Had a nightmare just realized I put fold and not flip for the trade in for the s23 plus.only on packing device have I noticed. Anyone else done this and what can I do ?

They ask for the IMEI number during trade in, therefore you shouldn't have been able to select the wrong device, at least I would've thought.

That's what I thought but it was accepted only when paper work came though with phone . I see it's the fold not the flip 🙃

If you check the order on the Samsung website, does it show as Z Fold trade in?

Yeah it does I am hoping if I ring them I can just pay the difference hopefully

That's a pretty terrible oversight from Samsung to be honest. I hope you manage to get it resolved, good luck!
