Trade in 2nd Imei Number

Hi I have cancelled my launch day s23 ultra pre order in graphite colour, after it was delayed until 27/2/23 by Samsung.

I was trading in an s21 ultra as part of the deal.

I have reordered the cream 512GB s23 ultra. When doing trade in, it would not accept my imei number for the 21 ultra. I assume as its linked to first order.

I used the 2nd Imei number that's on the phone. 

Has anyone run into issues when the trade in people have received your trade in, if you've supplied 2nd Imei number

Also does anyone have a number for them as I'd like to speak with them and explain

Too late now I know, but it took a few hours after cancelling for my imei1 to be accepted for trade in again.

It's not an issue, I've cancelled orders before for flagships after finding a better offer & used the second imei number.

I have done the same, samsung confirmed it wouldn't be an issue when I spoke to them
