Has anyone had any information about the upgrade? Given last years fiasco I'm not hopeful...

just tried to see if i can upgrade (I am sure I can) and when i put in my load agreement/ surname, it throws up an error "we are having technical difficulties, please try later"

so nope, not hopeful

I tried mine just now and it was accepted but didn't load anything... look forward to trying to fight my way through this again 😂

Well first you would need to wait until the official announcement. There's usually a pre-order period.
During this time, normally if you are eligible to upgrade, and on the upgrade program. An email gets sent with a link to go through the process.
There will of course be the usual big rush initially to pre-order. So site traffic will be heavy

Literally just got an email through. I clicked on the “Samsung upgrade program “ at the top of the email. Put loan number in/ surname on errored as before. Told me to try later

No email but same fiasco and errors and cannot complete order. Will try again in a few days

Got around it last year by trying a different mobile number at Klarna stage but didn't work this time

been doing this program since the S9, it’s the same issues every time. No one learns or does anything about it. Not sure I can be bothered to go through the stress of the 2022 fiasco again ..lol
