What a surprise I've been declined by Klarna again, 3rd consecutive year now.

Don't forget that everyone and their cousin is trying to pre order right now

I've joined the 'klarna declined' club. Do I really need to have issues with the upgrade programme every year?

Yep me too.  Klarna say I have missing payments, which I don't, and their customer service are no help at all and just kept repeating "Contact you bank" to every question I asked.

I'm fed up with this *****, samsung upgrade programme since Klarna took over has been a joke. Close brothers were the better partner.

Oh well guess I'll move to O2 with their switch up plans. Means I can change my phone at anytime IR new galaxy each year

Have you thought about PayPal Credit? I don't trade my phones in as always use last one as a backup, so I had no need for the klarna.

Also be careful if you keep trying to order anf getting refused as it will affect your credit rating
