Samsung S22 ultra trade in return packaging

Hi, has anyone received packaging to return their old phone after receiving the S22? I got my phone on Monday but still haven't received the box to return the old phone.

Mine was in the same package. That said I hear that they will usually send a separate return envelope through the post

Yeah double check the stuff you got sent.
Sometimes it comes with the returns package if you don't want the new device
Other times comes separately
If you are concerned, give customer support a call using the number in the get help section in the Members App

I sent an email to Samsung Trade-In and was advised by them to use the return label that was sent at the same time with my S22 Ultra.

This is free but there is also the option to send it via Special Delivery at your own cost.

I called Samsung yesterday and they said they would post. The returns package arrived today.

I rang them up too just now and they've emailed the label. 👍

@Cliffg  which number did you use to contact them? I always seem to get the wrong department when I ring about anything.
