Samsung rewards points

I'm hoping someone can help me, where do I find where my reward points are, when I check my order states I have 9500 points, I have now received the goods but I can't find where my points are, any help would be appreciated I have checked my account it shows zero points!!

It takes a while before it shows up on your account, it will turn up, can't remember how long before it does

From memory, at least two weeks after the item has arrived, points appear

It can take up to 30 days to receive the points. If you go the members section and on click on benefits that will take you to the rewards section or it might ask you to join the rewards scheme if you haven't already done so.

As has already been mentioned. The points arrive about a month after purchase.
