So after hours of trying to order with the site down orders can finally be placed but mine get cancelled after a few minutes and I receive an email saying
"We’re really sorry, but we’ve cancelled the items shown below because we couldn’t verify some or all of your payment information. Please sign into your account to place your order again using a different credit card. Be sure your billing address, shipping address, phone number and credit card information is correct and current."
Then the money gets reversed to my account yet I've confirmed all my details are correct, this is honestly pathetic on Samsungs part

I can understand how frustrated you must be!
If you can't order the phone directly from Samsung's website, maybe it'd be worth trying to order it through a carrier. I've always had good luck ordering through O2.
Failing that, maybe try a different payment method on Samsung's website

Exactly the same thing happened last year. Don't keep ordering, leave a few hours and you might get an order through. Had about 7 last year!
