Hi,
I am trying to return an s20 plus as I ordered two but only needed one.
However all dpd pickup stores in my area are now shut due to the covid-19 pandemic and therefore I can not send my parcel off.
I am coming close to the 28 day return limit however have no way off sending it off.
Are samsung doing anything about this as I will not be able to return through dpd for at least 3 weeks
Thanks, Tom

Hi @Rawlesy yes, the DPD Pick stores are not operating at present due to Covid-19. However customers are able to send parcels via contactless collection services if this is suitable. A moderator may be able to update you on Samsung's policy following the restrictions. DPD- Contactless Collections

Cheers @JAMES4578 ! Yes - the latest brief Samsung UK & Ireland Support have on this is that Contactless is DPD's current standard service.
Also worth keeping a check on DPD's daily bulletins: https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/products_services/covid-19-bulletins.jsp
And Samsung's webpage on COVID-19: https://www.samsung.com/uk/covid-19-update/#
