DPD can only advise when they get the details. It's Samsung that won't have sent them the information yet.
As it happens I ordered mine the same time you have and it was delivered today. Finally.
So yours should be on its way.
Do you have the DPD app and logged in with your address details etc?
When DPD get the parcel, you can track it and on the day normally an hour time slot.
Can track the driver on the day as well

Place a chargeback with your payment provider, samsung customer service just don't care...

I went with the 256Gb red phone. Took a full six weeks to arrive.
So looking forward to getting home from work and unboxing it

I pre-ordered the S22 Ultra 1TB version in red on pre-order day one (February 9th)

Had one email on the same day saying the order had gone through (and the money also came out of my account) Nothing then until a second email on the 16th March stating that my order is customising and should take up to 3 weeks!!!! So looking like I'll be getting my order in April!!! IT'S DISGUSTING!!!

Mine arrived yesterday with DPD direct from Samsung.
Only just started setting up last night and will start using the phone when I get a screen protector on it.
Probably get it on the go proper over this coming weekend
