Anyone else in the same boat?
I contacted Samsung who put me through to A1 comms as they advised they are waiting for the funds to go through, A1 comms confirmed that they have taken the funds in full and that it may be a stock issue, so they referred me back to Samsung.
They advised that its now been passed on to their IT team and to allow 48 hours for an update. 48 hours passed and no surprise, no update.
I got in touch again in an attempt to get an update, and have been advised yet again, to allow 48 hours for an email.
I've been in contact with my bank and they've confirmed that the funds have been taken, so really not sure what the issue is here?

I think it looks like a severe delay in Samsungs systems getting this set up.
Personally if the order was raised on the Samsung Online Shop Site I'd be using all forms of contact to keep this being pushed and with a1 comms too.
There will be an email address you can use to contact the shop team too and a1 comms.

I'm very understanding and can appreciate that sometimes these things happen. I'm willing to wait, it's just frustrating when you're not contacted within the time frame they give, even if that update is just to say that they're still looking into it 🥲
Hopefully I'll have an answer soon. Appreciate you giving some insight though! I'll definitely be keeping on top of it.
