Pre-order email confirmation

Later edit : Finally received the confirmation email (20:27 UK time)

Hi all, 

So I went ahead and pre-ordered the S22 Ultra but at the end, I just closed the web page without writing down my order number. Excitement maybe ...🙄

It said it will all be sent by email. It's been about an hour and I haven't received it.

Now I'm worried that I typed in a wrong email address when placing the pre-order! 

Has anyone else experienced these sort of delays?

I guess they are super busy.
There were more than 10000 people waiting online for the pre-order, I guess their systems are overstretched! 😄

No email receipt or confirmation for me yet either. Ordered the S22 ultra.

This is odd because it should be all automated...

However I did manage to find my order number by going on my browser history. It came up with an error page but also my order number.

You just made my day !! 😆 I looked in the browser history and voilà, there it was!

I guess we'll just have to wait, I'm sure they are super busy

No worries my friend. Did you notice on that order number page it says "We'll send order confirmation and updates to: ..." But it doesn't show an email address... Let's hope it's not lost people's emails in the laggy process of ordering from them 🤣

Yes I did notice that, weird.
There was a queue of more than 10000 people after I placed the pre-order 😳

If you go to Orders on the website you can type in the order number and email address, I did that and it shows my order for the phone and the case, so all is well in the end.
