I purchased a washer and dryer set in June 2024, scheduled for delivery in 1st week in August 2024. On delivery day they come to deliver my washer set but delivery crew said they don't have tools to install only the set. After multiple phone calls for 2 days to Samsung we finally got someone that said they will deliver the next week. Next week comes they bring washer and dryer and dryer power doesn't work. 2 Samsung employees were here with the installers. I refused the washer after the installer informed it won't work without the dryer. We asked if the 2 samsung employees could help escalate, but they did nothing. Now after multiple calls, hang ups by customer service, we find out that for some reason our order has been canceled. At no point did we cancel the order. We have been calling to see when is the soonest they can get the washer and dryer to us because we are starting an Airbnb and having to go to laundromat because of these 2 failed delivery attempts. We have yet to have heard anything or been able to get anyone to help tell why it was canceled, so hoping maybe this will.
We have been long time Samsung customers getting Samsung for all our home appliances and phones. After this experience I will no longer buy Samsung products. Clearly they are to big to really care or give any customer service. Who just cancels an order when we've been waiting and constantly calling to get this set ASAP. This is costing our time, money going to the laundromat for hours, delays in starting business and now we are lost, not knowing what is going on. Will this forum help because I am lost and frustrated to have to start over and research other brands when we needed this set 3 weeks ago.

That was not what I was told. They were to order a replacement not cancel the order. I was told to resubmit the order which then Samsung did nothing to get me the order sooner. 1 month later maybe I will get a washer and dryer. Samsung doesn't have to worry about me, my loyalty to buying Samsung TVs, phones and appliances is over. Next time around I will be looking at others and finally converting to Apple. Samsung is to big and shows they don't focus on empowering their employees or customer service.
