ordered but cannot get statuses

hey everyone here  I ordered a s21 iultra 256gb variety but I cannot check on the order as webite says there has been a error try later has any other members had this problem...thanks

No problem on Samsung U.K.

I go to their site and use the hamburger menu, 3 lines, to bring up my log-in and I log-in and then I can select Orders and it comes up with my order details.
