Order not appearing and no confirmation email

I purchased a Galaxy A54 and a case from the Samsung website earlier. The money has been taken out of my account yet I have no received a confirmation email and the order cannot be found on the website or the app. It's meant to be delivered tomorrow but yet the only trace of my order is that the money got taken out of my account. Please help??

If payment has been taken. Then the order is going through.
Sometimes the email can take a while to come through.
Were you logged into your Samsung Account when you made the order?
If not, you won't see the order showing up.
If you have any concerns, you can contact Samsung Customer Support for more details

@Selkrek  May just be a delay and can you check on  Samsung account , as @Glenntech  advised the order has gone through. Might  be stating the obvious but have also checked your Junk Folder?

Samsung support has told me to wait until 8am tomorrow if not messege them again
