Have been trying to order stuff off the Samsung Canada store for the past couple days and they keep cancelling my order. The reason is freaking insane and horrible. They say its a payment issue and I've triple checked my billing address and credit card numbers too. I also contacted the bank and the bank said that everything is okay on their side, its Samsung that cancels the order. I even checked my statement and its crazy how i see a charge posted and then after a couple hours when they send the cancellation email, the charge is reversed. I am not the only one with this issue, Reddit is filled with such complains about Samsung. They really need to fix their system if they want business. Customer support is utterly useless too, they copied and pasted a generic reason of why it got cancelled. SOMEONE FIND ME A SOLUTION PLSSS

I'm in the UK and had the same issue yesterday and today. Have tried to order twice. Got order acknowledgement but then later a cancellation email. I paid with PayPal credit as it is advertised on the website with 0% finance. PayPal credit was approved and I assume they pay Samsung. Samsung when I asked on chat implied it was an issue with payment and that I must not have passed security checks. Then asked if I'd tried klarna instead 🤷🏻♀️
