I'm trying to order the s23 form the samsung website. Every order I place gets immediately cancelled. Reason being my payment info couldn't be verified. I am paying with samsung finance so i don't know where the disconnect is. Anybody ever heard of this/overcome this problem?

Yes we have seen posts before about the Samsung Galaxy s²³ series of phone's orders being automatically cancelled due to a criteria not being met.
If you perform a forum search you'll see these and maybe any workarounds affected people have used themselves.
I've also seen this in regards to past years phone orders @ajoieha
Unfortunately as far as I'm aware you can't personally circumvent this as it's an automatic process.
Can you purchase from a Samsung Experience Store or another outlet that sells this phone.
I appreciate you want to use Samsung Finance.
Perhaps consider using another method of payment.
The other option is to speak with Samsung Cuatomer Support / Samsung Online Shop Team to see if they can assist.

The only time I have a credit card problem is when I'm issued a new card and I don't update the various sites that have my credit card information on file.
