Hi guys, does anyone know why you don't get a full discount with the trade in if you want to order the Red Samsung S22 Ultra? It was at the beginning when the phone came out.

The information in this recent thread may help @Riky208

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

It is in the terms and conditions about this.
As with any offers, you get more of an incentive with some things more than others.
Imagine if a great deal of buyers went with the special colours. Also as they are Web order only colours. They are effectively made to order which adds cost. Rather than passing on a cost, I guess you get a lower trade in.

I went with the red one and I'm impatiently waiting for the 10th of March Screenshot_20220219-194907_Chrome_14364_1645300204.jpg

The thing is I have screenshots that the first day it came out when I bought it there was no mention of lower trade in for the exclusive colours.

Looking at the website today it does say that exclusive colours are less value for trade in.

So my question is will they still honour the £570 that was mentioned on day 1 and is on the recieptScreenshot_20220209-161537_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220209-162536_Chrome.jpg

Cheeky change of price now. Look at the difference in price. No special discount anymore on exclusive colours Screenshot_20220220-120351_Chrome.jpgScreenshot_20220220-120411_Chrome.jpg

No Nizam, it is not the same as day one, and for this reason I keep my Note 10 Plus an extra year. This is how Samsung can lose money

They have always done that, special discount the first couple of days then they remove the special discount.

So if you planning to upgrade you must do so the first couple of days
