My order was cancelled by Samsung

So I tried to order a case and screen protectors for z flip 6 and my order was cancelled 10 minutes after placing it (my money was taken straight away, though 😐 ). I tried asking customer support and they told me that the issue is with my bank and not Samsung? I’m not an expert on the Terms and Conditions that my order violated so I would appreciate some help from the community :).

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

If an order is immediately cancelled it will likely be for one of the following reasons:

1. Payment rejected by bank
2. Insufficient stock (even if the website says "in stock")
3. Address on order differs to address with bank

This is a customer to customer forum so we won't be able to tell you which, only Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Customer Services will be able to answer.

Shouldn't Samsung auto refund money if they cancelled

I have the same problems tryin to buy a s24 ultra and the support team its absolutely useless, they just dont care, or they dont want to fix it, idk. Im startin to hate them.
