Late email for Trade In

Did anyone else get a late email to send their trade in phone by 3/2/2025? 

I got my email on the day I was meant to send it in by post and all my emails were super late after my phone arrived including samsung care, etc. Samsung can't decline to not accept my trade in 1 day after the deadline right because that would be unfair when it wasn't my fault. I got my phone on Saturday, I'm really busy to do anything on Sunday. Then my email came in on the deadline to send it in.

Mine says it wants it by 10 February and I got mine on 1 February. I just got the email today. It definitely is the most eager they've been since I've been doing the trade ins.

They must have something wrong i was waiting for the email before I packed it up

Yeah i did and said 7 days extention so it's going in the post tomorrow

You just get a week now
Was the same last year if I remember

Form my last 3/4 trade ins it's never been this eager there was no rush but it's packed up now so will be in the post tomorrow

Yeah same really. Usually I get around 2 weeks from delivery. No issues though, I'm pretty efficient at swapping device data so mines already ready to go.

When did you get this email? Mine arrived on the 1st but not had a date for me to trade in...I've not really been given any information. I've sent the package

Excellent, glad you've managed to get something sorted. Just an FYI, I merged the thread you made in the Galaxy S25 Series board with this one just because it'd be more helpful to have all the information in one place, in case other users have the same issue. 🙂
