Hi, trying to purchase the new Jet AI Vacuum, however, every purchase attempt say it was unsuccessful. Despite the money being held by my bank until the order is refunded a few hours / days later.
Can anyone advise what I can try? Ordering signed into my Samsung account, using trade in and the BESPOKE400 code.
Tried debit & credit cards but same issue.
