One other quick thing before returning your tablet - make sure you factory reset the tablet before returning it to disable Factory Reset Protection!

Hi,
If purchased from the shops, U can go there with ur receipt and return it. If purchased online you should have a return postage label which can be taken to ur local post office.

Ahh, gotcha!

You're all good, only reason I made sure to mention the reset is because I know the returns process gets more complicated if you don't!

My suggestion would be ringing customer services before returning the tablet, and then they can hopefully arrange a collection from you and stuff 🙂

If you've still got the labels that the tablet came with, you should have a returns label that you can use in there. I'd still recommend ringing Customer Services though, just so they know to expect it back 🙂
