Like many others on here I registered to get the £50 voucher code and still haven't reviewed as yet. Managed to speak to and aadvisor who was unhelpful and unwilling for me to speak to a manager - does anyone know what their complaints process is as I've even asked for this but no one within samsung seem to know.

Like samsung products but if they continue to lie to people even for little things like that and dont up their game in customer service and make it easier for people to contact them no matter how goot the product is or how many influencers they pay people will leave them if there is no support.

Samsung has not fixed my washing machine and will not give me an uplift number so I can buy a new machine.  They came last week to repair it with new parts and they couldn’t fix it and I call to say can I have it replaced and they said I refused the repair and this is why I can’t get a uplift.  This is a lie as cameras are dotted around my street and I took photo’s of the appliance taken completely apart in my kitchen.

 

I have a sick daughter who has to use the washing machine regular due to long tern health conditions and she is now at risk as I have to take her clothes to the laundrette as she has a very low immune system and is prone to infections.

The calls go abroad and they read of a basic script, telling you to do the same thing over and over again, sprinkling fake fair dust that don’t even exist.  I asked for the repair policy and I hope to see this.

 

I can’t believe this as I’m the most patient person ever………😤. I just don’t get this at all and why do they want to take my washing machine to a workshop to finish the repair?
