How to claim £30 Galaxy Store reward for purchase of S24 ultra/£30 voucher not appearing in Samsung Wallet?

I can't get this anywhere, I've downloaded wallet but don't know how to raise a claim for this, any peeps point me in the right direction?

Mine was in benefits on the members app, then saved to my wallet.

I see it there but when you click claim it opens up the wallet app and behold it's not there. I have a friend who did have it just below the claim disney+ code but mine's not even showing what his saw.

I found it in the Boost app yesterday... Still doesn't show in wallet (haven't yet claimed it)

Samsung have lied to us once again. Dull screen no £30 voucher and heavily delayed pre orders! And all the support team do is say apologies for the inconvenience. 🙄🙄

Same here. Me and my sister both have the s24 ultra and neither of us can get it to show even after doing the make a phone call reinstalling the app etc.
