How do you use blue badge discount?

Hi

I'm trying to use blue badge discount and when I go through the website to place an order using the card it asks me to verify the email address via EPP programme.  I have tried the work email address and it doesn't accept it. What do I need to do can someone please help?

I used the blue light card discount, and it works fine. U don't need code it does it automatically. U won't need work email as well
