Got mine since the 9th. Plenty of people got theirs as well. Did you not receive yours yet? Assuming you've ordered and waiting a while.

I ordered on the 1st of February, had an email to say it had left the warehouse on the 7th and and nothing since!

Customer service has continued to lie to me and won't put me through to the complaints department or email the CEO with my issues, they told me that they don't have a complaints department!

Can't cancel my order, missed out on the better deal they had, which they are denying they had as I didn't take a screenshot of it.

Left me on hold, waiting for a manager, for 1h45min and then cut me off. Promised a call back in 24-48 hours which came and went. Called back, told I would receive a call back that day, no call. Won't reply to me on Twitter.

Oh wow, that is one hell of a messy situation. The problem with Samsung seem to be that they don't operate as a unit. The different departments are clueless to what's happening with the other. They tend not to own up to their mistakes and you get the run-around which is infuriating.

The thing is it all depends on who you speak to. I've received exceptional customer service from them so the company itself is pretty good. Sometimes the problem comes down to the manager of that department.

Do not cancel your order if you plan to buy the phone anyway, just try to get to someone who will help you. If you cancel, you will lose the own deal which was much better than what is offered now.

Try using Resolver to make your complaint. You may get better results that way.

I got mine on the 9th Feb not issues at all but still waiting for the case and screen protector

Supposed to be sent on the 13th and still not got it just an email saying delayed beyond their control and wait for courier to contact me

Oh wow, well you should definitely have had it by now. Sounds like it's lost to me. You could try resolver as Risky24 suggested. Samsung customer service really is the pits. If you Google Samsung CEO you'll find what is attached and could try emailing direct. Good luck, you must be so frustrated. Tried emailing the CEO directly, it gets bounced back, went through the samstung website but you need a code, which no one will give you. Been on Twitter for help, nothing, on Facebook, nothing!!
