Absolutely disgusting service from samsung 
I bought s24 ultra when samsung was running free galaxy buds offer it's been 3 month now and i haven't received anything. I called to customer support and emailed them as well but no proper reply or solution from them i never expect this from samsung just a fake promises and offer

If it was like the S25 Ultra deal, you had to enter a code to get them—if that was missed, you won't get them. Were the buds on your order details in your emailed receipt? A lot of people missed out this time, as I believe they were auto-added to the basket before, and this time a code was required.

It was about review thing i have to submit the review and i did it on 20th December after that on 13 January i got email about my order showing on the list and asked me for some time to process but it's 1 and half month now no update after that email haven't received any single email or update

They were quite helpful to me, just be sure to be detailed.

Yes i emailed and called them so many time everytime i'm getting new references and their promotion team clearly said in email we are not running this offer right now so they can't help

Hmm. Did you keep note of all the references? Or at least the original? Contact Sam_UK and provide them with those, and also provide what you've told me. It sounds incredible frustrating to deal with.

Just to clarify things the Galaxy buds 3 were a launch day offer for the s25 Ultra line-up and u had to use the code S25Live or S25AI in order to receive them they were never part of the s24 ultra offers.

This was a few months ago but there was an offer for the s24U with leaving a review. As an example this was an issue another user had with it
