Discounts don't apply?

I realised that my order didn't really discount the cases by 30% as promised by the promotion. Is that the same for you?

Did you order the cases at the same time as pre orderering the phone @pagagagamate  ?

I got my discount on the case when I order with my phone. It must be ordered at same time to get discount

Yeah I did... 

The order still went through with this price in the morning... When I check the same deal now (not logged in or using any rewards points), it shows me a price that is £110 lower?

no clue what happened there... but I called the hotline - they couldn't change the price of the original order... so I just cancelled the old one, used the IMEI of another old phone I had in my drawer to get the trade in and ordered it again... Couldn't get the finance deal (didn't want two searches on my credit score) and just paid with my credit card... but screw it... £115 saved

From what I can see here, the discount has been applied to the screen protector and not to the case. The same happened to me, I also pre ordered an S23 Ultra and added a case and a screen protector.
The full price of the screen protector is £17

yeah - had to use another old phone's IMEI and also used my credit card now... Of course the hard search for the Samsung Finance that I had applied for in the initial order remains... What a joke
