Delivery Reports

I was told from 3 network that Samsung Galaxy is charging me for Delivery Reports 

I would like to know if that is true ?

No samsung doesn't charge for delivery reports. If Samsung doing this, then all carrier users been affected. I have EE and never wasn't charged for this. And here we go your carrier Three charges. Looks like they're lying.

I'm with EE and I do not get charged for delivery reports but when I was with 3 I did get charged!

I agree with it. I never use three network but my sister has and I know what she think and says.

It sounds like the 3 Network Agent has misunderstood what you may have asked them as Samsung do not in any circumstances charge for delivery reports.

This is a Network driven feature by the network sim card.
