I ordered the samsung galaxy A34 through samsungs Toko uk Estore.
Supposed to be delivered Saturday 2nd March, (although website it was available on Friday 1st March.
. But I knew I could stay inn all day Saturday to receive, I originally paid £9.99 for an early morning delivery
Never arrived
Rang samsung 

Said it would arrive Sunday 
Never arrived

Now my partner has to take a day off from his work on Monday. 
This is 3rd promised delivery date

Why do you promise orders that you can't fulfill 
Lacking, online to warehouse to dispatch to delivery, all terrible services

Due overselling what you haven't got instock

This is lying to consumers and customers 

And is giving samsung shop a bad reputation

Sadly this is Samsung's Form Book, ask many thousands who pre-ordered the S24 Series, they will all be testament to that!!!!

Sadly Samsung still live in a world where they believe they have a right to your money and you'll step neatly into line and wait. It isn't good enough and does need to change.
